Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a shipping error or quality issue.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items.
  • Refunds will not be processed until PSBM receives the returned items.
  • Exchanges are not accepted.

Product Quality Issues

  • For quality issues within 30 days of order placement:
    1. Customers must provide a photograph of the product and the LOT Number on the exterior of the product’s box.
    2. Based on the issue, PSBM will offer the option of either reshipping the product or issuing a refund.
  • Orders over 30 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Product Sent

  • If an incorrect product is shipped and the customer can still use it, PSBM will issue a partial refund.
  • If the incorrect product cannot be used, PSBM will immediately ship the correct product and provide a return label for the incorrect product.
  • If the customer places an order for the wrong product, they are responsible for returning the item at their own expense. PSBM does not provide return labels for orders placed in error.
  • Once the incorrect product is returned, the refund process will proceed.

Postage Issues

Sometimes the carrier will provide a delivery status prior to delivering the shipment. Please wait up to 2 business days before contacting us. Most of the time, the carrier will get your product to you in the next 2 business days.

  1. We ask that if you do not receive your shipment after the 2-day period, please call us and we will reship your product.
